Return Policy:
Products may be returned within 60 days of receipt of your order.  We can only accept returns on products in their original condition.  Improper installation can damage products.  We are not responsible for installation errors. 

If a product need to be returned please:

1. Call The Joseph Company customer service at 636-282-7300 to receive an RMA number.

2. An RMA must be issued by TJC and must be enclose with the returned product

3. Product must be returned in its original packaging to receive credit.  A 15-25% restocking fee may apply to products returned.

4. Returns will not be accepted on any custom orders or products returned after 60 days.

5. The customer is responsible for all freight and any damage caused in return shipping.  We recommend insuring your return packages with your freight company.
